Happy Friday my Beauties!
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, there’s something about Fridays that I have absolutely adored since I was a child. I don’t think it was the reason that it was a day before the weekend, or the lovely weather or anything “spot-on”. It’s a mixture of all. On Fridays, I tend to be driven, focused and positive to a greater extent.
A few days ago as I was looking at my videos, I realized I did not have an updated “Favourites” video.
So I filmed what I have been loving recently fashion wise and obviously had to include the beauty aspect too!
I’m going to start off with my favorite clothing pieces and brands, then I’ll move onto the beauty 🙂
Also, don’t forget to check out the video attached below! I had so much fun filming it, so hope you enjoy it. Don’t forget to comment on which one your favourite piece was x
Favourite Outfit # 1:
I love mixing up casual pieces with statement ones. When I came across this beautiful sleek patterned dress from ALIANO, I instantly loved the bold look it had. the material is stretchy and the dress is eye-catching!
As Sydney weather can get bipolar at times, you must always have a jacket on standby. So I decided to team the beautiful dress with a lovely mesh jacket from Lilya. I didn’t think they would go so well and hand in hand together, although they did!
I also included this lovely gold studded clutch from Juvia’s Place. Believe it or not, the clutch can hold many things. Don’t judge the size..it’s definitely a keeper 🙂
To be comfortable and be able to wear this hours on end, I teamed the outfit up with beautiful ballerina flats from Miss.F. They’re in a lovely pastel pink, which also works well with plenty of other outfits too!
Outfit # 2:
This is one of my favorite sophisticated, yet chic looks!
I teamed up this beautiful black dress, which is actually Audrey Hepburn “Tiffany” inspired, from Miss.F,
with these gorgeous pumps from Stylemology. I was so shocked when I order from Stylemology as I wasn’t aware how quickly the items actually get to you!
Their stock can be received the very next day, after ordering, which is insane!
Although what I loved most about them, is that their items are all designed “in-house”. And if you know me, you’d know i love trying to bring unique style to my wardrobe and this definitely is unique and chic!
To give this outfit a pop of colour, I added a beautiful necklace and bracelet due from Stylereign and also a bold, statement bag from BagInc.
Outfit # 3:
While looking at the romwe site, I was eyeing this cute jumper for a while, when i finally decided to get it! I got so excited to be able to style it 🙂
What I love about this outfit, is that its so versatile. You can dress it up with heels, or keep it casual with flats!
To keep warm, I also teamed up the outfit with this GORGEOUS Green dotted trench hoodie from SheInside!! The material is so nice, thick and keep you warm! I wear it to University on a daily basis too! 😉 haha
It reminds me of the raincoats we would wear in primary school! <3 A tad obsessed with it!
Outfit # 4:
Similar to look number 3! I wore this outfit quite a bit these past couple of weeks.
Its cute, stylish, yet simple!
I styled my Romwe leather shorts, with this stripped blouse, also from Romwe. What I loved about this look was the hat! I must say I absolutely adored it and the look it gave to this outfit!
The fedora is from Lack of Color.
Outfit # 5:
This has got to be one of my favourite outfits I have ever worn!
As soon as it was received (the day after, after ordering it online) from Stylemology. I have worn it not once, not twice, yet probably 5 times; and I have only owned it (with the white pumps) for only a little while.
I mean who even cares about doubling the same outfit more than once right?!
haha I say if its Gorgeous, then flaunt it 😉
This beautiful black, studded romper was from Stylemology , including the heels!
Let me just add, how comfortable the shoes actually were. I have experiencing dancing with them and standing in them for hours on end! and no , not a single blister I must say.
Beauty Favourites:
Gelicious Nails
When it comes to beauty, it takes a while for me to get used to a product, or fall out of my routine to love a beauty product..although when I came across Gelicious nails, it didn’t take any time at all for me to become obsessed with it! No Joke.
I use to pay up to $50 in order to get Gel applied to my nails at the salon. Since it lasts up to 3 weeks, it’s more expensive than regular acrylics ,although is much better for your nails!
When I tried the Gelicious brand, I didn’t think it would be this easy to use, and honestly didn’t think the results would be this amazing! My nails lasted for more than 3 weeks and I also tried them on my toes, not knowing they’d even last and believe it or not am STILL wearing them.
It takes me less than 20 minutes and gives my nails such a beautiful shine, that lasts! Its inexpensive and is worth EVERY CENT!
I would recommend the Gelicious nail kit 100% and I rarely say that!
Lush, St Tropez & Benefit Love
When it comes to Lush, I’m automatically in Love!
When I tried their “Angels on Bare Skin” scrub, I wasn’t exactly sure how it would differentiate from other scrubs, although once used and taken off..my skin felt so much more softer and refreshed!
I use the scrub after toning and before moisturizing, i think that way, works quite well.
I also have been trying the Benefit Pore Fessional tinted cream in the past few weeks and it was a no brainer for me to add it to my favourites! It levels up the skin and creates a new level to apply the foundation on! I also adore the texture it has, quite smooth, with a clean finish.
When it comes to tan, if you have been a viewer of mine for a while now, you’d know I’m quite obsessed.
I gave the St Tropez Self tan-Bronzing Mousse a go a few weeks back and loved the finish look on my skin. Its not messy at all , (as it comes with a glove to apply with) and you don’t get blotchy patches , as you know exactly where you are applying the tan!
Let me know if you have tried any of the products mentioned above and what your verdict was? 🙂
Scandal Cosmetics
I was introduced to this lovely brand by a friend of mine a few weeks ago. So I decided to try out a few of their products, just to see how they would work on my skin etc.
I tend to have sensitive skin, so I stay away from anything harsh.
Whilst trying Scandal Cosmetics I found that their products remain smoothly put on the skin, which I love. I wore their foundation and powder in my most recent video and it gave me a nice even completion.
Trying on a diverse range of makeup products, sometimes allows it to become hard to take it off at the end of the day, although their Makeup cleansing wipes would be one of the first “makeup”wipes that did the job straight away 🙂 So A+ in this department!
Hope you lovelies enjoyed my Fashion & Beauty Favourites!!
Dont forget to watch my video on it below 🙂 and also comment on what YOUR favourites were!!
Adore you all so much!
Keep Smiling

April 9, 2013Those warm coats is very nice in its design, you can see the leather and fur inside of sheepskin jackets, as well as its pockets, I can put some little things, like my Iphone, keys, very convenient, so try it in http://www.cwmalls.com. What makes me a little unhappy is the sleeves, they are long for me.
